Get To Know Sean

Sean Costello began working for Flagel Huber Flagel in 2015 as an IT Manager and is now FHF’s IT Director. Having worked for a Dayton area law firm and computer company prior to joining the FHF team, Sean came to FHF with twenty-five years of IT experience. Sean is a problem solver and enjoys the challenge of making FHF run smoothly by solving IT problems before they arise. Sean’s approach to his work is to make IT accessible to all team members at FHF. “I think people in IT have a stigma that we work out of a dark closet and aren’t approachable. I wanted to change that and be easy to approach and make IT friendly for everyone.”

Sean enjoys working at FHF because of the comfortable family atmosphere and appreciates how everyone truly cares about the well-being of the firm and FHF’s clients. He appreciates the relaxed work environment and the high-quality individuals he gets to work alongside every day.

Sean enjoys nature and when he isn’t at FHF working with technology, he enjoys spending time outdoors golfing and camping.
