Randy Kuvin has been with Flagel Huber Flagel almost 40 years and served as Managing Partner until 2023.  Every day of those years has been spent living out his passion for helping others achieve their dreams of building and preserving wealth.  “The opportunity to watch my clients’ businesses grow and succeed, and to witness the fruits of my efforts on their behalf, is a blessing.”

Though he works across all aspects of business, Randy brings significant depth of experience and expertise in the areas of Business Valuation, Litigation Support, and accounting specific to the Real Estate industry.  Examples of his expertise include determining values of businesses for the purposes of asset division in divorce or other disputes as well as providing forensic analysis to determine income for purposes of spousal support or contract/damage matters.

Randy has a deep appreciation for his co-workers and the generous, compassionate, principled, and entrepreneurial spirit he sees in each and every one of them. “Looking through our client roster, I see scores of businesses and individuals that we have served for decades, some for over 50 years! In addition to his work at the Firm, Randy shares his talents with the community in many ways. Examples include serving on the Mason Deerfield (MADE) Chamber, in the church choir and as a cantor in his church music ministry, and once serving as an elected trustee of Deerfield Township (2002-2005). Randy has completed four marathons and parachuted out of a plane … twice! He and his wife Gina have three grown children and a new grandson, adding one more title to Randy’s impressive resumé, Grandy.
