Favorite part about working at Flagel Huber Flagel: I work with a wonderful group of smart and dedicated professionals. I truly enjoy meeting and working with our various clients.
Area of expertise at Flagel. What do you help people to do? I work in the tax area helping individuals and businesses file complete and accurate tax returns, and in the audit area providing quality assurance work to employee benefit plans and nonprofits.
Favorite way to spend your time: My wife and I enjoy working in the yard, but our passion is bike riding and eating at local restaurants. Traveling will also be a big part of our lives when we both retire in 2021.
What is your personal/family life like? My wife Liz and I are now empty nesters. We have two beautiful daughters, one living in Phoenix and the other in Indianapolis. We have one grandson and hoping for more.
Favorite movie/band/musician/TV Show? For the most part I am an “oldies” music fan and enjoy sports and sitcoms on TV.
Any fun facts about you that you’d like to share? I worked as an RN at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for 18 years before deciding on a career change to accounting. It wasn’t easy but it has been a fantastic experience. I have been very lucky to have made some great friendships along the way.
