Education: Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Accounting, Wright State University, (2006 and 2007)
Favorite part about working at Flagel Huber Flagel: I most enjoy the long-term relationships we build with our clients. We go beyond the numbers to get to know our clients on a more personal level.
What is your area of expertise at Flagel? What do you help people to do? I specialize in Family and Closely Held Businesses. My general focus is audit; corporate and personal tax work, with an emphasis in the manufacturing and construction industries. However, I do work with a variety of clients in other industries, as well as not-for-profit organizations.
Family: My wife Ashley and I have two children, Ethan (age 6) and Avery (age 2 ½). We both grew up and still live in Arcanum.
Favorite way to spend your time: I enjoy spending time with family, working around the house, and on occasion getting to play golf or go to the shooting range. I am also actively involved in several non-profit organizations, including the Arcanum Lions Club, Dayton Children’s, Film Dayton, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
Fun Facts: I enjoy reading Tom Clancy novels and traveling around the U.S. My wife and I have traveled to Alaska and the Grand Canyon and hope to see Hawaii soon.
