Favorite part about working at Flagel Huber Flagel: The relaxed culture at the firm and the relationships I’ve built with clients and co-workers.
Area of expertise at Flagel. What do you help people to do? I specialize in tax planning and compliance for individuals and performing audits of closely held businesses. I also work closely with our Not-for-Profit clients and I am qualified to perform audits in accordance with the Uniform Guidance.
Favorite way to spend your time: Vacationing with family in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Planting, gardening and playing with my Golden Retriever, Snickers. Going to Cincinnati Reds baseball games. Learning about Dayton history.
What is your personal/family life like? My wife, Becky and I have been married for 23 years and we have two sons (John & Joey). John attends Kettering College and Joey starts at Wright State University this coming Fall.
Fun Fact: One summer in high school my soccer team traveled to Russia to play soccer for two weeks.
Favorite movie/band/musician/TV Show? Country music and anything on the History channel.
